SHIPPING

It takes 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse with trackable shipping within 5–10 business days, unless the product is available in our Swedish warehouse, in which case it will be delivered with PostNord trackable shipping within 1–2 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

If your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, you may also be required to pay an import fee.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. Please check your spam folder in case the email ends up there.

If your order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, you may also be required to pay a fee.

Our prices exclude VAT, and customs duties and import fees may therefore apply when the product is shipped from our warehouse in China. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any such fees.
